Quang Ninh Provincial Police: Spreading actions for the community

In recent times, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police have carried out many practical activities towards the community. Thereby, they have contributed to spreading the noble gesture of "The whole leaves cover the torn leaves" in the People's Public Security Forces, contributing to sharing difficulties with many disadvantaged people.

In addition to performing their duties well, departments, teams, and groups in the Provincial Police force have recently had many community-oriented activities, including caring for vulnerable women and children in especially difficult circumstances.   In particular, with the core role in propaganda and mobilization work in mobilizing union members and mobilizing social participation in community activities, mass organizations in the police force have organized many meaningful activities. In particular, the Provincial Police Women's Union has effectively maintained the "Godmother" program launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union. From 2022 to present, the Provincial Police Women's Union has sponsored and supported the upbringing of 54 orphans and children in especially difficult circumstances with regular support from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND/child/month. That gesture has contributed to encouraging the spirit and creating conditions for children in difficult circumstances to continue to excel in their studies and life. In addition, implementing the program "Accompanying women in the border areas", the Provincial Police Women's Union also organized many activities to visit and give gifts to women and children in difficult circumstances in border communes and islands of Mong Cai, Co To, Binh Lieu; organized 5 trips to the source along with many programs to offer incense in memory, visit policy families and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers on the occasion of the big holiday.

Along with that, many social security activities have been effectively implemented by the Provincial Police Women's Union over the years, such as: Building and repairing houses and civil works; donating breeding cows and toilets; supporting medical examination and treatment, providing free medicine to thousands of people; donating study corners, bicycles, tablets to poor students who have overcome difficulties... In addition, implementing the National Target Program on Gender Equality for the period 2021-2030, the Provincial Police Women's Union has promoted its core role in advising on gender equality, including paying attention to women in remote, border and island areas, contributing to improving the status of women, promoting the role of female officers and soldiers in work and life. Thereby, it has contributed to sharing difficulties, strengthening solidarity and attachment between women in the Police force and women in border and island localities; At the same time, it affirms the role, responsibility and affection of the Provincial Police women in social security work, joining hands to build a strong border.

Accounting for a large number of the provincial police force, in recent times, the youth of Quang Ninh police have also promoted their role, responsibility, and qualities of the People's Public Security force, volunteering, not afraid of hardship, and striving to excellently complete assigned tasks, actively contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety in the province.

Volunteer activities joining hands with the community continue to be the highlight of the "Youth Volunteer" movement in the Provincial Police Youth Force. From 2022 to 2025, along with effectively maintaining the volunteer campaigns and programs of the higher-level Youth Union, such as "Summer Youth Volunteers", "Winter Volunteers", "Spring on the Border, Island Tet", the Youth Union at all levels in the Provincial Police have deployed many volunteer activities bearing the unique mark of the Police Youth. Typically: The grassroots Police Youth Union supported the construction and repair of 19 "Houses of Gratitude" for policy families and children in difficult circumstances. The Provincial Police Youth Union advised the Provincial Police to support the construction of a Cultural House in Dam Ha commune, the National Flagpole on Thanh Lan island and presented more than 90 "Houses of Great Unity" and "Houses of Comradeship". The Provincial Police Youth Union mobilized and organized the presentation of 30 desktop computers, 100 bicycles, and 60 study corners; Coordinated the organization of 5 medical examination programs, provided advice on care, treatment and screening for eye diseases for more than 2,000 students and mobilized resources to support surgery for 62 children with eye defects; donated 12 playgrounds for children; donated more than 10,000 gifts to students in difficult circumstances who have achieved high academic achievements; maintained sponsorship of 57 children in special circumstances with a monthly income of 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND...

The Youth Union units in the Provincial Police force also actively build action programs within the Youth Union organization, effectively carry out volunteer movements for the community, are ready to take the lead in taking on difficult tasks; respond promptly, help people prevent and overcome damage caused by natural disasters.

The year 2025 is gradually coming to an end. With the determination to fulfill political tasks well and keep peace for the people, the police force in the province is building a plan to organize community-oriented activities, joining hands with local Party committees and authorities to take care of the poor and families in difficult circumstances to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2026 in peace and happiness.
