The Research Institute for Innovation and Quality Assessment (RIVA) and the Research Institute for Creative Education (RICE) have been authorized by the Organizing Committee of the International Artificial Intelligence Olympiad to establish the Vietnamese team to compete with more than 50 countries around the world.
The best teams entering the National Finals include: T – AMS1 from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted; T-Blue Dynamic from the High School for the Gifted, Ho Chi Minh City National University; HMMGE from the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences and Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted; T-CSP.AI from Hanoi National University of Education High School for the Gifted; P-DLTT team combines members from the following schools: Thang Long-Da Lat High School for the Gifted, Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, and Foreign Language High School.
The Jury interviewed the teams directly and the results were: Team T-AMS1 and Team T-Blue Dynamic shared first prize; Team HMMGE won second prize; Team P-DLTT and Team T-CSP.AI shared third prize.
The team's organizers said that members will continue to be selected to represent the team at the International Artificial Intelligence Olympiad in Burgas, Bulgaria, from August 9 to 15.
The International Artificial Intelligence Olympiad is not just a competition, but also an academic playground to nurture passion and find young talents with aptitude for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Through the Competition, candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity, extensive knowledge, and ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.
To achieve this success, in addition to the efforts of the students, we must mention the enthusiastic support of the Scientific Council from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ton Duc Thang University, University of Technology... At the same time, parents also enthusiastically supported the students' passion for artificial intelligence.
Hopefully the Contest is one of the important platforms to inspire and motivate the development of the young generation of Vietnam in the field of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
