Veteran revolutionary cadre, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam , retired official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Awards: First Class Victory Medal, Second Class Resistance War Medal for National Salvation, 60-year Party membership badge, passed away at 7:25 a.m. on April 4, 2025 at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Hospital, at the age of 89.
The funeral will be held from 9:15 to 10:45 a.m. on April 6, 2025 (March 9, At Ty year) at the Funeral Home of Friendship Hospital, No. 1A Tran Khanh Du, Hanoi .
Cremated on the same day at Hoan Vu Crematorium, Van Dien, Hanoi.
