Event News - Launching the Online Contest "Learn about...

Exam content: Learn about regulations on policies and regimes of compulsory social insurance and voluntary social insurance.

Contestants are Vietnamese citizens aged 15 and over; civil servants, public employees, and employees working in agencies, units, organizations, and enterprises in Binh Duong province. The contest is organized online. Contestants answer multiple-choice questions directly on an electronic device with an internet connection by accessing the website (Contest Portal) via the QR code provided by the Organizing Committee.

Leaders of Social Insurance Region IV and departments launched the Contest

The competition will last for 12 days (from 9:00 a.m. on April 22, 2025 to 9:00 a.m. on May 3, 2025). The competition will conclude and award prizes on May 6, 2025.

The prizes include 01 First Prize: 1,000,000 VND/prize with a Certificate from the Social Insurance Agency of Region IV; 02 Second Prizes: 800,000 VND/prize with a Certificate from the Social Insurance Agency of Region IV. 04 Third Prizes: 500,000 VND/prize with a Certificate from the Social Insurance Agency of Region IV. 20 Consolation Prizes: 100,000 VND/prize with a Certificate from the Social Insurance Agency of Region IV.

Information about the awards and the results of the winners will be fully announced on the Electronic Information Portal of Social Insurance Region IV https://binhduong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn or on the zalo page: Binh Duong Provincial Social Insurance (zalo.me/2166139003603754194) on May 4, 2025.

How to enter the contest

Candidates perform the following steps:

Step 1: Use electronic devices with Internet connection (computer, smartphone, tablet...) to scan the QR code.

Step 2: After accessing the Contest Website, the screen will display a window to log in to the Contest; each contestant can only register for 01 contest account and must fill in complete and accurate personal information in the default information fields as required, including: Full name; work unit/place of residence; mobile phone number; participated in: Social Insurance/Health Insurance

The Contest Organizer will not recognize the results for candidates with multiple accounts or any registration information fields that are incorrect. The Contest Organizer will verify the candidate information before announcing the results.

Step 3: After filling in all the above information, the contestant logs in using the registered phone number (the phone number is the contest account) and the password set after the first contest registration and selects the "Enter Contest" button to start answering the contest questions.

Candidates answer 5 multiple choice questions (in the form of choosing 01 true/false answer). In case the candidate is not satisfied with the answer, the candidate can change his/her answer choice. Then predict the number of times participating in the Contest.

After answering 5 questions and predicting the number of participants in the Contest, the contestant clicks the “Complete” button (confirming the completion of the Contest). The contest time is calculated from the time of “Entering the Contest” to the time of “Completing”. Contestants are allowed to participate in the Contest up to 03 (three) times/Contest (the server will automatically score to get the result of the contest with the highest score).
