Organizing a series of cultural - artistic and culinary activities, introducing OCOP products on the occasion of April 30 and May 1

On the evening of April 30, at Dak Lak Museum, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and International Labor Day, May 1.

Attending the ceremony were Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province Tran Hong Tien; Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen province Nguyen Le Vu; leaders of relevant departments, agencies, units of Dak Lak, Phu Yen, Dak Nong provinces and a large number of people and tourists inside and outside the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province Tran Hong Tien emphasized the great historical significance of the Liberation Day of the South and National Reunification (April 30). In the proud and exciting atmosphere of the historic month of April, a series of cultural and artistic activities, exhibitions, culinary experiences, OCOP product introductions, etc. will take place at many locations in Buon Ma Thuot city, serving people and tourists during the holiday from April 30 to May 4. He hopes that these activities will bring profound experiences, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and national pride.

Within the framework of the welcoming activities, the Art Exchange program between Dak Lak province and Phu Yen province with the theme "National Festival" took place with many attractive performances such as the song and dance medley Phu Yen my homeland - Returning to my hometown to listen to Bai Choi singing; Bai Choi Festival performance; traditional musical instrument ensemble... performed by artists and actors from Dak Lak Provincial Culture and Tourism Center and Phu Yen Provincial Culture and Cinema Center.

In particular, the performance of processing tuna by chefs of Phu Yen province impressed many locals and tourists.

The singing and dancing performance "Come back to my hometown and listen to Bai Choi singing" was performed by artists from the Phu Yen Province Cultural and Cinema Center.

The series of welcoming activities is not only an opportunity to review the heroic history of the nation, pay tribute to the generations who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, but also contribute to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of the localities. Thereby, creating a colorful cultural space, strengthening solidarity between regions; at the same time, arousing faith, patriotism and the desire to contribute in each citizen in the period of integration and development.
