Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Ha Minh Trang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Thi Hong Loan, Chairman of the Union of Science and Technology Associations Doan Ngoc Pha, leaders of departments and branches, and 30 outstanding intellectuals working in the fields of health,education , agriculture, engineering, technology and environment.

In his opening speech, Chairman of the Union of Science and Technology Associations Doan Ngoc Pha emphasized the role of intellectuals in developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation of the province.

Many passionate speeches were presented at the ceremony, revolving around the theme of applying science and technology in health care, education in disadvantaged areas, sustainable agricultural development and promoting the role of the young intellectual generation. The highlight of the program was the announcement of the decision to recognize the title of “Outstanding Scientific and Technological Intellectual in 2025” and awarding symbols and flowers to 30 individuals with outstanding achievements. This is a worthy recognition for the efforts and dedication of the province’s intellectual team.
