General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission meets with the young generation in the Army

Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of December 18, General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, met with representatives of the young generation in the Army in person at the Ministry of National Defense Hall, combined with online access to more than 130 points throughout the Army, with the participation of more than 15,000 union members, youth of the Army and Police on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, 35 years of National Defense Day. Attending at the Dien Bien Provincial Military Command bridge were leaders of provincial departments, branches, and sectors and nearly 200 union members of the Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, and Provincial Border Guard Command.

At the meeting, General Secretary To Lam gave an important speech to direct and encourage the young generation in the Army and Police. The General Secretary emphasized: Throughout its 80-year glorious history, our Army has nurtured and forged generations of Army cadres in general and young cadres and youth in particular who are truly exemplary in political qualities, exemplary in ethics and lifestyle, and have talent and intelligence that are trusted and admired by the people.

General Secretary To Lam believes that from the feats and outstanding achievements gained in 80 years of building, fighting, growing and developing of the Vietnam People's Army; under the leadership of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the young generation of the Army will increasingly mature, dare to think, dare to do, continue to master science and technology, excellently complete all assigned tasks, worthy of being the Ho Chi Minh youth generation in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation./.
