On the morning of November 13, General Secretary To Lam and the Central working delegation inspected and encouraged construction forces at the Long Thanh International Airport project site.

Attending the working delegation were comrades: Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member, Standing member of the 14th Party Congress Document Subcommittee; Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Tran Hong Ha, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister; Vu Hong Thanh, Party Central Committee member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly.

Also attending were leaders of central ministries, departments and branches.

On the side of Dong Nai province, there were comrades: Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
