Top 10 provinces and cities with the largest area after the arrangement
On June 12, 2025, the 15th National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units in 2025. The whole country has 34 provincial-level administrative units including 28 provinces and 6 cities; of which 19 provinces and 4 cities were formed after the arrangement and 11 provinces and cities were not arranged. The area of some provinces and cities has changed. So which 10 provinces and cities have the largest area before and after the arrangement?
