Students in dormitories
According to the plan, 480 students will receive direct training for 10 weeks, from October 13 to December 19, with 30-40 lessons per subject per week.
Of which, 9 weeks of study take place at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted (area 1, old Ho Chi Minh City) and 1 week at Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (area 3, old Ba Ria - Vung Tau ) according to the timetable for each subject.
Students from schools in area 2 (old Binh Duong ) and area 3 will stay at the dormitory of the Ho Chi Minh City School of Education Management during their time studying at Le Hong Phong.
Students from area 1 and area 2 will stay at Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted's dormitory while studying here.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training also arranges funding for transportation, accommodation and lunch for team members according to the study plan of each subject.
The team's launch ceremony is scheduled to be held at Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted on December 20. This year, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City proposed increasing the number of members per team to 40 students per subject - double the previous number - to suit the situation after the merger.
