The Ho Chi Minh City Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board said that in June, it will start construction on the artistic lighting projects for Mong Bridge, the City Children's House and the City Museum.
The City People’s Committee has approved the investment policy and selected contractors for these projects. Construction will be completed this year, contributing to creating a highlight for the night space in the central area.
Ho Chi Minh City has set a target for this period to illuminate works preserving historical and cultural relics including: Ton Duc Thang Museum, Thu Ngu Flagpole, Mong Bridge, City Museum, City Children's House, Thong Nhat Hall, Ben Thanh Market.
The City People's Committee has assigned the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units.
Since the beginning of this year, Ba Son Bridge connecting the two banks of the Saigon River has been artistically illuminated.
