The People's Committee of Hue City has just issued decisions on the establishment of 3 working groups to support and guide the handling of backlogged administrative procedure (TTHC) records in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 2610-QD/UBND just issued by the People's Committee of Hue City on the establishment of Working Group No. 01 on supporting and guiding the handling of backlog of administrative procedure settlement records in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards in Hue City (Working Group No. 01). Head of Working Group No. 01: Mr. Tran Thanh Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Working Group No. 01 will support and guide the processing of dossiers to resolve outstanding administrative procedures in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards including: My Thuong, Vy Da, Thuan Hoa, An Cuu, Thuy Xuan, Hoa Chau, Phong Quang, Dan Dien, Quang Dien, Thanh Thuy, Huong Thuy, Phu Bai, Vinh Loc, Hung Loc, Loc An, Phu Loc, Chan May - Lang Co, Kim Long, Huong An, Phu Xuan, Thuan An, Duong No, Phu Vinh, Phu Ho and Phu Vang.

Decision No. 2611-QD/UBND, on the establishment of Working Group No. 02 on supporting and guiding the handling of backlog of administrative procedure settlement records in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards in Hue city (Working Group No. 02). Head of Working Group No. 02: Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Director of the Land Registration Office, Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Working Group No. 02 will support and guide the processing of dossiers to resolve outstanding administrative procedures in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards including: Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, Long Quang, Nam Dong and Khe Tre.

Decision No. 2612-QD/UBND, on the establishment of Working Group No. 03 on supporting and guiding the handling of backlog of administrative procedure settlement records in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards in Hue city (hereinafter referred to as Working Group No. 03). Head of Working Group No. 03: Mr. Le Viet Cuong, Head of the Land Management Sub-Department under the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Working Group No. 03 will support and guide the processing of dossiers to resolve outstanding administrative procedures in the land sector at the People's Committees of communes and wards including: Huong Tra, Kim Tra, Binh Dien, A Luoi 1, A Luoi 2, A Luoi 3, A Luoi 4 and A Luoi 5.

The working groups organize work, support and guide localities to completely resolve outstanding and overdue administrative procedure settlement records in the land sector on the City Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System and the National Public Service Portal. Summarize difficulties and problems that arise in practice and propose solutions; or make recommendations to competent authorities to resolve difficulties and problems in the land sector. Report weekly to the City People's Committee on the results of the work.

The Team Leader, Deputy Team Leaders, and Team Members work part-time. The specific tasks of the members are assigned by the Team Leader. If necessary, the Team Leader may invite other relevant members to coordinate in the performance of tasks.
