In recent days, due to heavy rain, many roads in Hue City have been eroded and severely damaged, affecting the traffic situation of the people. In particular, the road to La Khe village, Dai Nam (Thuy Bang) has been eroded about 40m; Long Ho Thuong 2 area (Huong Ho) has been eroded in the area of ​​Huong River, Bach Yen River about 70m long; and the culvert has been eroded at alley 69 Pham Thi Lien (Kim Long). The estimated damage is about 7 billion VND.

Due to the landslide on the bank of the Huong River at Long Ho Thuong 2, which affected 2 households and 1 hermitage, the city has directed the People's Committee of Huong Ho Ward to evacuate people and their property to a safe place. Heavy rains have also affected about 75 hectares out of a total agricultural area of ​​250 hectares.

Continuing to respond to heavy rain, Hue City directed the People's Committees of wards and communes to proactively implement the "4 on-the-spot" motto, proactively deploy measures, collect broken trees, trees parked on the roads, rescue, food and food storage at households and localities; notify owners of vehicles, captains of ships and boats (including transport ships) operating at sea about the developments of strong winds at sea to proactively prevent. At the same time, notify people about bad weather developments to proactively prevent and have plans to evacuate people from low-lying areas; deploy plans to prevent flooding, protect unharvested crops and aquatic products.

Hue Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company continues to deploy the dredging of the sewer system, collecting, processing and transporting garbage on central routes, Lim wooden bridge area; the city's police and military forces coordinate with local authorities to support people in responding to emergency situations during heavy rains. Relevant units have deployed to set up danger signs in landslide areas and notify people along the Huong River, especially near landslide areas, to be vigilant.
