Thai Nguyen City aims to have over 190,000 people install and integrate the Electronic Health Book on the VneID application in March 2025.

Implementing the peak period of implementing the tasks of Project 06/CP serving digital transformation in Thai Nguyen province, Thai Nguyen City strives to have over 190,000 people installed and integrated with the Electronic Health Book on the VNeID application by the end of March 2025 and over 100,000 adults with public digital signatures.

Electronic health book is a utility of VNeID application designed to store and manage citizens' personal health information; making it more convenient to manage and settle medical examination and treatment costs.

Integrating the Electronic Health Book on the VNeID application will help people track their medical examination and treatment history without having to carry their health insurance card or medical examination book.

However, since the beginning of the year, only over 62,300 people in the city have installed and integrated the electronic health book on the VNeID application, reaching over 32%; the rate of people installing public digital signatures has only reached 38% (equivalent to more than 36,000 people).

To achieve the set goals in the first quarter of 2025, the City People's Committee directed communes, wards, departments and professional departments to promote propaganda to raise people's awareness of the position, role, significance and importance of using the Electronic Health Book on the VNeID application and public digital signature; requiring party members and 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees to install and integrate.

The City Youth Union was assigned to direct its affiliated youth union units to require 100% of youth union members to install and support community digital technology groups to promote propaganda and guide people in many forms.

With the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door", these days, the youth union members in Thai Nguyen city go to the cultural houses of residential areas or people's houses to support the installation, integration of Electronic Health Book on VNeID application and installation of public digital signatures.
