The program has awarded 200 gifts to children in mountainous and border communes including Bao Nam, Chieu Luu, Huu Kiem and Nam Can - where people's lives are still difficult and deprived; each commune has 50 gifts for 50 children who are orphans, disabled children and ethnic minority children. Each gift is worth 600,000 VND, including cash and essential necessities; the total value is 120 million VND.

The funding is sponsored by a philanthropist in Thua Thien Hue province, through the connection and mobilization of the Nghe An Provincial Children's Support Fund.
The activity not only timely encourages and energizes children in border areas, but also strongly spreads the spirit of humanity and social responsibility in the work of protecting, caring for andeducating children./.
