Awarding collective and individual prizes for the 2023 Nghe An Province Excellent Community Investment Supervision Board Competition

On the afternoon of September 22, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held the Award Ceremony for the 2023 Provincial Excellent Community Investment Supervision Board Competition.

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. Also attending were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The competition had 21 strongest and most excellent teams selected to represent 21 districts, cities and towns to compete in the provincial round, along with more than 600 people who were non-professional actors and supporters from the localities participating, cheering and encouraging.

After 2 days of organization, with a joyful, responsible and serious spirit, the 2023 Nghe An Province Excellent Community Investment Supervision Board Competition has been a great success.

At the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative, efforts and endeavors of the Fatherland Front at all levels in promptly advising the Party Committee, coordinating with the government and departments, branches and organizations to organize the contest from the grassroots level and successfully organize the final round at the provincial level, with many innovations in contest content and contest format with diverse levels of dramatization so that the contest teams could combine the unique traditional folk art forms of Nghe An, creating attraction and appeal to viewers.

In the introduction round, the teams brought to the contest the typical colors of each locality and region, of the community investment supervision work at the grassroots level, and behind that, the sense of responsibility for the people's supervision work that they are undertaking.

In the legal knowledge section, the Community Investment Supervision Boards demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the law by answering the questions excellently. The questions were prepared in the form of both multiple choice and direct answers on legal grounds, creating an extremely attractive and interesting competition between the teams.

In the situation handling part, the teams closely followed the provisions of the law, with practical experience to provide the basis, methods of handling and resolving in a reasonable manner the problems arising in the process of monitoring investment programs and projects that are posed in practice in the locality.

In particular, in the skit competition, the teams brought many very realistic stories, with rich and creative forms of expression, not only ensuring legal knowledge but also artistic value and wide influence.

Speaking at the award ceremony, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assessed: The contest is truly an opportunity for the Community Investment Supervision Boards and officers working on the Front at all levels to exchange, learn and share experiences with each other, especially practice solving real-life situations, refer to good models and good practices, thereby continuing to improve the knowledge, skills and quality of activities of the Community Investment Supervision Boards.

The contest also contributes to the practical dissemination of the Law on Grassroots Democracy, the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Construction and related Decrees and legal documents to all classes of people.

At the same time, this is also an opportunity for us to commend and honor the team working in community investment supervision, those who silently "eat at home, carry the burden of the whole country", but are full of enthusiasm and responsibility.

On this occasion, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 29 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing the 2023 Nghe An Provincial Excellent Community Investment Supervision Board Competition.

The Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize to the Investment Supervision Board of the community for the cultural house project in Van Yen hamlet, Van Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, 4 Second Prizes, 9 Third Prizes and 7 Encouragement Prizes to the collectives.
