On December 12, the Lam Thao District Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with the Thach Son Commune Fatherland Front Committee to inaugurate and hand over the "Great Unity" house to Mr. Nguyen Duy Ninh's family, Zone 3, Thach Son Commune, Lam Thao District.
Leaders of the Lam Thao District Fatherland Front Committee presented 70 million VND in support to Mr. Nguyen Duy Ninh's family.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Ninh’s family is poor and in extremely difficult circumstances. Mr. Ninh himself is a victim of Agent Orange and his wife suffers from a serious illness. Previously, the couple lived in a level 4 house that was severely degraded but they could not afford to rebuild it themselves.
After nearly 5 months of construction, the house has been basically completed and put into use with a total area of 80 square meters, designed in the style of a level 4 house, with a tiled floor and tiled roof, with a total cost of over 300 million VND.

Of which, the Lam Thao District Fatherland Front Committee supported 70 million VND from the “For the Poor” Fund; the District Red Cross Society supported 5 million VND from the “Humanitarian” Fund; the People’s Committee of Thach Son Commune supported 5 million VND; the Thach Son Commune Red Cross Society supported 2 million VND; the Thach Son Commune Veterans Association supported 1 million VND; the Thach Son Commune People’s Credit Fund supported 5 million VND. The remaining amount came from contributions from brothers, relatives, organizations and local residential areas.
