Accordingly, in Decision No. 1138/QD-BVHTTDL dated April 23, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to recognize Mr. Truong Dai Luong, Associate Professor, PhD, Head of Training Management Department, Hanoi University of Culture to hold the position of Chairman of the University Council of Hanoi University of Culture for the term 2020 - 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy congratulated Associate Professor Dr. Truong Dai Luong for receiving the trust and high consensus of the Council of Hanoi University of Culture. The Deputy Minister hopes that in his new position, Associate Professor Dr. Truong Dai Luong will promote his full potential, accompany the collective of Hanoi University of Culture in the work of building and affirming its reputation, focusing on improving the training quality of the school in the coming time, contributing to maintaining the leading position in the training work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In addition, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy also requested the leadership and staff of Hanoi University of Culture to coordinate well with Associate Professor, Dr. Truong Dai Luong to gradually implement the tasks of the School Council in accordance with regulations and together build a united and strong school.
