Accordingly, 202 national flags and photos of Uncle Ho were given to households in the three villages of Tu Na, Le Ma and La U Co. It is known that the three villages are home to over 200 households of the Ha Nhi and La Hu ethnic groups.

The presentation of the national flag and Uncle Ho's photo to families in the border area in Ka Lang commune aims to arouse patriotism, national pride, revolutionary sentiment, and deep gratitude of the people towards the Party and Uncle Ho.

Previously, Lai Chau Provincial Border Guard also organized the presentation of 6,468 national flags and photos of Uncle Ho to people living in 81 villages in 22 border communes of Lai Chau province.
Colonel Nguyen Van Hung, Political Commissar of Lai Chau Provincial Border Guard, said: The national flag and Uncle Ho's photo are very familiar images to every Vietnamese person. The national flag is a symbol of the nation's soul, the people's heart, and the eternal solidarity of the great family of Vietnamese ethnic groups. It is also the most sacred symbol, representing the revolutionary enthusiasm and heroic sacrifice of generations of Vietnamese people in the war to repel invaders and gain independence and freedom for the Fatherland.
Through the activities, a joyful and exciting atmosphere was created among the people in the border areas; creating solidarity and attachment between the people and the Border Guard in the work of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.
