Tuyen Quang: Commending and rewarding more than 8,200 typical collectives and individuals for studying and following Uncle Ho

Attending the conference were comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang Province. Also attending were comrades from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, districts, cities; representatives of the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations and 87 delegates who are outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho.

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", with a serious, methodical, creative spirit and many specific ways of doing things, Tuyen Quang province has achieved important results. Studying and following Uncle Ho has become a regular activity in the entire Party, spreading strongly in social life. From emulation movements, more and more effective models and advanced typical examples have emerged, creating a widespread influence.

Immediately after Directive 05 was issued, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee promptly issued documents to lead, direct and guide the implementation in each phase. From 2022 to present, the province has developed 4 full-term study topics associated with the practical requirements of the locality: promoting the will of self-reliance and self-improvement; promoting administrative procedure reform; building a team of Tuyen Quang provincial cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige, and equal to the task; building and developing culture... This is a new highlight that helps studying and following Uncle Ho become closer and more practical.

Thematic learning conferences are organized directly and online at the grassroots level, inviting central experts and provincial leaders to deliver. The conference content is recorded and edited for learning at the grassroots level, thereby expanding the scope and improving the quality of learning.

Studying and following Uncle Ho has been included in resolutions, programs, and annual work plans of Party committees at all levels in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 11th, 12th, and 13th Central Committees. 100% of grassroots Party organizations have built and supplemented professional ethics and public service ethics standards; organized over 17,000 specialized Party cell meetings.

In particular, the implementation of Directive 05 is linked to the work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations. Over the past 10 years, the province has received over 40,000 citizens, handled 35,728 cases, and directed the resolution of many complicated and prolonged cases. The province has also directed the effective implementation of breakthrough contents such as: administrative reform, enhancing the responsibility of officials, improving the investment environment, developing OCOP products, building new rural areas, etc.

Cadres and party members, especially leaders, all register to work accordingly, identify breakthrough content suitable for their assigned fields and periodically report to the Party Committee. Cadres assigned to breakthrough and innovation tasks have been exemplary, proactive, positive and determined in performing their tasks, thereby training and developing cadres and verifying the capacity of cadres in the local political system. The results of implementing breakthrough and innovation tasks are used as the basis for evaluating, transferring and appointing cadres...

By 2025, the province has built nearly 1,400 collective and individual models following Uncle Ho with nearly 70,000 specific and practical jobs. Some typical models include: The "3 standards" model of Son Duong district to improve public ethics; the smart community cultural tourism village model in Khau Trang village (Na Hang)... The models have really come to life, contributing to changing awareness, working methods, creating a ripple effect in the community. Thereby, more than 8,200 typical collectives and individuals have been commended and rewarded.

In her concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang Province, emphasized that in order to continue to effectively implement the study of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the coming time, Party committees and localities at all levels need to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and steadfastness in the goal of studying and following Uncle Ho; making Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle a solid spiritual foundation in social life, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and political system.

Each cadre and party member needs to raise their sense of responsibility, turning learning from Uncle Ho into concrete actions in carrying out political tasks and public ethics. Link learning from and following Uncle Ho with emulation movements and political tasks at localities, agencies and units, while focusing on widespread propaganda and strengthening inspection and supervision of implementation. Continue to implement the teaching and learning of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in educational institutions throughout the province, the Provincial Political School and political centers.

The Youth Union promotes the work of educating traditions among the younger generation; focuses on setting examples and honoring advanced models in studying and following Uncle Ho to create a stronger and wider spread in social life... Thereby, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology continues to be promoted, increasingly going into depth, practicality and effectiveness, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; building Tuyen Quang homeland to increasingly develop, firmly join the whole country in entering a new era - the era of prosperous and powerful development of the Vietnamese nation.

At the conference, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province awarded certificates of merit to 82 outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period of 2016-2025. Five collectives and individuals were proposed to be commended by the Government and the Central Propaganda and Education Commission for Mass Mobilization.
