Leaders of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment presented flowers and congratulated the communes recognized as new rural areas.

Congratulating the cadres and people of the three communes: Quai Cang, Quai Nua, Chieng Sinh and Tuan Giao district for their efforts in achieving new rural construction, comrade Le Thanh Do, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province emphasized that the recognition of new rural standards is an important milestone, affirming the tireless efforts of the Party Committee, authorities and people of Quai Cang, Quai Nua, Chieng Sinh communes throughout the past journey.

However, this is just the starting point for the next stage of development with higher, more comprehensive and more sustainable requirements. Especially in the current context, local Party committees and authorities must simultaneously implement the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units, not organizing district-level ones, so the requirements for building new rural areas with 3 communes in particular, Tuan Giao district in general will be more difficult, requiring each person and each level, each sector to make more efforts, try harder to help people increase their income, improve their material and spiritual life towards the goal of building advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas.

Mobilize the participation of the entire political system, focus on implementing difficult and demanding criteria such as: environment, green and clean countryside, constantly improve people's income, innovate production organization methods, apply digital transformation in agriculture and rural management.

Promote the development of agricultural production towards commodities, applying science and technology, promoting clean and organic agriculture, linking production according to value chains. Prioritize the development of key products with advantages, such as macadamia, coffee, rice and large-scale livestock farming. At the same time, encourage the formation and expansion of cooperatives and cooperative groups; focus on building and enhancing the value of OCOP products associated with the development of community tourism, creating sustainable livelihoods for people.
