In recent years, the Corps has focused on investing and purchasing many equipments for political education such as: computers, projectors, televisions, sound amplification systems... At the same time, teaching staff also research and apply artificial intelligence (AI) technology, video recording and editing, diagram and table design to increase the vividness of lectures. Thanks to that, the basic knowledge, specialized knowledge, skills, pedagogical methods and the inspirational way of expression of the team of political teaching staff are improved.

Discussing this issue, Colonel Tran Le Dung, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the 34th Army Corps, said that political officers, especially at the platoon level, need to actively study, research, explore, and diligently read books and newspapers to have solid knowledge in all aspects, and be sensitive to information about the situation in the world , the region, the country, the armed forces, and the locality where they are stationed. That is the fundamental factor that helps officers confidently lecture to the troops.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Hiep, Political Commissar of Regiment 3, Division 9, Corps 34, once the teaching knowledge is available, cadres need to strive to improve their teaching methods and skills. In the process of directing the competition for political teaching cadres at his level, he requested that cadres should not stand in one place to present, read and copy, but should focus on provoking issues, asking and answering questions, exchanging, creating conditions for soldiers to think independently, and express their opinions. Cadres can also create opposing opinions for soldiers to discuss, debate, and then draw conclusions, so that soldiers will absorb knowledge more easily.
The body language and voice of the lecturer are factors that need to be considered to have an attractive political lesson. Having just won first prize in the competition for political lecturers at the regimental level, Captain Phan Son Dien, Political Commissar of Company 7, Battalion 5, Regiment 2, Division 9 shared that he spent a long time just practicing how to move in the classroom, combining speaking, slideshow, and observing. It seems simple, but if not practiced, the lecturer can easily become confused when standing in front of the class. At the same time, Comrade Dien also actively practiced to have a voice that is both eloquent and emotional, avoiding the phenomenon of monotonous teaching that makes the atmosphere of the class dull.
In political education , there is a lot of dry content that is difficult for soldiers to remember. Therefore, in addition to class time, there should be other forms of supplementary education to promote the spirit of self-awareness, proactive review, consolidation and expansion of knowledge for learners. By doing this well, agencies and units under the 34th Army Corps have maintained the order of many vivid visual models such as: "One useful political answer every day", "Knowledge wheel", "Political book page", "E-book"... Thanks to that, the internal strength of teaching staff is strengthened, the results of political education work of the unit are more substantial and sustainable.
