The delegation visited, expressed gratitude and presented gifts to the family of war invalid Phan Van Hoang (born in 1940), Cha La hamlet, Phu Thuan commune. Although he is a 21% war invalid, 41-60% infected with toxic chemicals, and has poor health, Mr. Phan Van Hoang is always exemplary and strives to participate in activities and movements organized by the hamlet and commune. Mr. Hoang's family always preserves and promotes revolutionary traditions, strictly implements the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State, has children and grandchildren participating in local work, actively contributing to the socio -economic development of the commune.

The delegation visited and presented gifts at the home of 21% disabled veteran Bui Van Duong (born in 1944), Phu Thanh hamlet, Phu My commune. Despite his disability, Mr. Duong always upholds the spirit of "disabled but not useless", becoming a shining example in local labor production. Mr. Duong always lives as an exemplary person, spreading enthusiasm and the spirit of service and dedication to the revolution to the younger generation. In addition, Mr. Duong and his family are always at the forefront of participating in activities and movements and have made many contributions to the development of the locality.

With a revolutionary tradition, Mr. An's family always lives a standard life, sets an example, actively participates and contributes to the common work of the locality, and receives the trust and respect of neighbors and local authorities.
