l On the evening of November 18, 153 outstanding teachers selected from more than 1 million teachers nationwide will receive certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training. Earlier, on the same morning, at the Presidential Palace, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh received exemplary teachers, examples of dedication, devotion, and overcoming all difficulties. Expressing gratitude to teachers, those who have contributed to the cause of educating people, the Vice President acknowledged the efforts of the entire sector in recent times. With 25% of the country's population being students, the responsibility on the shoulders of teachers is very glorious. Stating that the teaching profession is the most noble of all noble professions, the Vice President said that the State always pays attention and prioritizes education and spends 20% of the budget on education each year.
