Deploying legal documents in management and use of public assets

(Baohatinh.vn) - Ha Tinh is focusing on directing and urging localities and units to implement contents related to management and use of public assets, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations of the law.

On the morning of June 18, the Ministry of Finance held a national online conference to deploy legal documents in the field of public asset management and use.

Deputy Minister of Finance Bui Van Khang and Director of the Department of Public Asset Management Nguyen Tan Thinh chaired the conference. Leaders of the Department of Finance chaired the Ha Tinh bridge.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Ministry of Finance disseminate and implement legal documents on the management and use of public assets such as: Decree No. 125/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025 of the Government regulating the decentralization of authority of two-level authorities in the field of state management of the Ministry of Finance; Decree No. 127/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025 of the Government regulating the decentralization of state management authority in the field of management and use of public assets; Official Dispatch No. 8523/BTC dated June 17, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of regulations on decentralization and decentralization of state management authority in the field of management and use of public assets according to Decree No. 125 and No. 127 of the Government.

New points in Decree No. 155/2025/ND-CP dated June 16, 2025 of the Government stipulating standards and norms for the use of offices and public service establishments; Decision No. 15/2025/QD-TTg dated June 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister stipulating standards and norms for the use of machinery and equipment at agencies and units; Decree No. 153/2025/ND-CP dated June 15, 2025 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP dated September 26, 2023 of the Government stipulating standards and norms for the use of automobiles.

In addition, delegates also heard the draft amendments to a number of Central decrees related to a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets to be submitted to the Government for promulgation as soon as possible.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Minister of Finance Bui Van Khang emphasized: The conference thoroughly grasped and updated legal documents and new policies so that central and local ministries, branches and localities could organize synchronous and effective implementation nationwide.

Request localities to urgently grasp and fully implement new legal documents issued by the Government and the Prime Minister related to decentralization and assignment of authority in state management of public assets, as well as regulations on standards and norms for the use of public assets; ensure serving the performance of tasks of agencies, organizations and units when implementing 2-level local government effective from July 1, 2025.

Localities should strengthen close coordination with ministries, branches, and central agencies with headquarters and operating facilities in the area in the process of developing and implementing plans for asset arrangement, management, and disposal, ensuring efficiency and avoiding waste. If there are any difficulties or problems during the implementation process, they should report to the Ministry of Finance for synthesis and submit to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.

In Ha Tinh, implementing contents related to the field of management and use of public assets, the Department of Finance has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue many documents to lead, direct and urge sectors, localities and units to implement in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law; deploy and review the plan to arrange facilities and public assets, ensuring the operation of new commune-level administrative units.

Regarding the legal documents that the Government and the Ministry of Finance have just issued in June 2025, Ha Tinh is also focusing on thoroughly understanding and implementing them in accordance with the Central Government's instructions.
