Speaking at the congress, Major General Nguyen Dinh Chieu requested Party committees and Party cells to improve the quality of staff work and make recommendations to the Standing Committee, Party Committee, and Party Committee Inspection Commission on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work in the General Department Party Committee.
