The event was organized by the Hanoi Museum and the Hanoi Creative Activities Coordination Center, to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
The exhibition gathered many artists and artisans from the Calligraphy Club of the School of Natural Colors of Life, the East Asian Heritage and Culture Club, and Thanh Lieu woodblock printing village ( Hai Duong ). The works expressed Uncle Ho's poetry through calligraphy and calligraphy, combining traditional features with modern nuances, creating a profound and emotional artistic space.

Director of Hanoi Museum, Mr. Nguyen Tien Da shared that Uncle Ho's poems are simple, rustic, full of folk flavor but profound, rich in propaganda value, promoting patriotism. That heritage is a source of inspiration for many contemporary artists, including calligraphers and artisans from traditional craft villages. The exhibition is an opportunity for the public to exchange, enjoy and spread the spirit of gratitude to the beloved leader of the nation.
At the opening ceremony, the public experienced woodblock printing of the Prison Diary , calligraphy, and brought home portraits of Uncle Ho as a gift of gratitude. Each work on display carried a message of optimism, love of nature, and love of people in Uncle Ho's poems, and 30% of the sale value was donated to raise funds to support victims of Agent Orange.
The exhibition runs until May 29, 2025.
