Early retirement allowance for officials and civil servants with 25 years of service

Officials and civil servants with 25 years of work and compulsory social insurance contributions and 5-10 years remaining before retirement age will receive benefits according to regulations in Article 7 of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP.

According to Point b Clause 2 Article 7 Decree 178/2024/ND-CP (amended by Clause 6 Article 1 Decree 67/2025/ND-CP), cadres, civil servants and public employees are entitled to early retirement policy according to the working time with compulsory social insurance payment and the number of years of early retirement as follows:
