Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union: Commencement and inauguration of many meaningful projects

Continuing the series of activities within the framework of the "Youth for National Security" camp program in the Southern region jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Ministry of Public Security in Tay Ninh, on the morning of April 19, the Central Committee of the Youth Union held the inauguration ceremony and started construction of many meaningful projects.

Captain Doan Tien Manh - Secretary of the Traffic Police Department's Youth Union, Mr. Tran Dang Tien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union presented bicycles to students.

Attending the ceremony were Major Dau Ba Tuan - Deputy Head of the Youth Union of the People's Public Security; Captain Doan Tien Manh - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Traffic Police Department; representatives of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union.

In Suoi Da commune (Duong Minh Chau district), the Central Youth Union organized the inauguration ceremony of the project "Computer room for children" at Suoi Da A Primary School. The project has a total value of 100 million VND with the support of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ); 20 bicycles were donated to students in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 30 million VND.

At Thuan Dong hamlet, Loi Thuan commune (Ben Cau district), the Central Youth Union and Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a bridge for people named “Bridge of Happiness”. After the groundbreaking ceremony, a reinforced concrete bridge with a length of 27m and a width of 4m will be built across the T6 canal with a total value of 350 million VND.

This project was carried out with the attention of the Ministry of Public Security , the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Department of Political Work and the support of the National Volunteer Center. The bridge, once completed, will help people in the border commune of Loi Thuan to travel and transport agricultural products more conveniently.

The delegation also attended the groundbreaking ceremony for a house of gratitude for Mr. Tran Dai Phuong in Xom Lo Hamlet, Tien Thuan Commune, Ben Cau District. The house was built with financial support from the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV).
