The Central Committee introduced personnel to elect the President, the National Assembly Chairman and elect four additional members of the Politburo.

Specifically, the Party Central Committee decided to introduce personnel for the 15th National Assembly to elect to hold the position of President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 2021-2026 term and Chairman of the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 2021-2026 term.

At the same time, the Party Central Committee elected four additional members of the 13th Politburo , including the following comrades:

- Comrade Le Minh Hung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.

- Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department.

- Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.

- Comrade Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front .
