In his congratulatory speech to the Academy of Politics (Ministry of National Defense) on the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day, General Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged the Academy's outstanding contributions in researching, supplementing and developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought in new conditions, contributing to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam People's Army.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission stated that the army is implementing the Party's resolutions on building a regular, elite, and modern force. The need for education and training of high-quality human resources in the entire force is extremely necessary. To build a modern army, we must first build modern people with political mettle, confidence in the Party's leadership, absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people, and knowledge to meet the requirements of military development. The Political Academy needs to continue to adhere to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the Party's policies, guidelines, and viewpoints on building the army, strengthening national defense, and protecting the Fatherland in the new context.
Along with that, improve the quality of education and training, strengthen postgraduate training, strive to increase the number of PhDs, associate professors, and professors; coordinate with schools inside and outside the military, actively study and research to meet the requirements of education and training in the new context.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission believes that with 74 years of tradition, the Academy will continue to contribute to the development of the country and the building of a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army, together with other academies and universities nationwide.
On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission congratulated the collective of cadres, lecturers, and educational administrators of the Academy of Politics on continuing to reap many new successes in the education and training career.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Political Academy, speaking to receive the direction of the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Doctor Dang Sy Loc, Director of the Political Academy, expressed that the collective of cadres, lecturers and students of the Academy will continue to join hands, overcome difficulties, strive to build the Academy into a leading center for training and fostering political cadres, researching military social sciences and humanities of the army and the country, with prestige in the region and the world; continue to promote the tradition of the Heroic Unit of the People's Armed Forces, maintain political mettle, train expertise, contribute to training a team of cadres with qualities and abilities, meeting the task of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam People's Army.
