Ceremony Scene

Implementing Regulation No. 11-QD/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Secretariat on Standard Political Schools, the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee has directed the development, promulgation and implementation of Project No. 11-DA/TU dated December 31, 2021 on building a standard Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School. Identifying this as one of the important political tasks of the 2020 - 2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has directly and regularly directed and prioritized resources for the School to complete the prescribed targets. As a result, after nearly three years of implementing the Project, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School has achieved 6/6 criteria with 55/55 targets, of which 8 targets exceeded standard 1 and was received a Certificate of recognition of meeting standard level 1, 2 years earlier than Project No. 11 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Trinh Viet Hung and Comrade Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Council Pham Hoang Son presented flowers to congratulate the School.

At the Ceremony, representatives of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics announced Decision No. 4616-QD/HVCTQG dated December 13, 2024 of the Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics recognizing Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School as meeting level 1 standards. This is a common honor and pride of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province, and is also a testament to the contributions and dedication of generations of cadres, lecturers and students of the Provincial Political School to the cause of training and fostering cadres for the political system of Thai Nguyen province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council acknowledged and congratulated Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School for completing level 1 standards 2 years ahead of schedule. This is an important milestone not only for the School but also for the entire political system of Thai Nguyen province. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that in the coming time, the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee continue to pay attention, create conditions and have specific solutions for the Provincial Political School to maintain the achieved criteria, accelerate the completion of missing criteria, and soon reach level 2 standards; arrange and assign staff to ensure continuity, stability, and sustainable development; pay attention to and invest in synchronous and modern facilities and teaching equipment for the School.

Emphasizing that achieving standards is difficult but maintaining standards is even more difficult, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School continue to inherit the good traditions achieved over the past 67 years; strive to innovate, pay attention to further improving quality, make breakthroughs in teaching; strengthen the building of Party school culture; implement discipline and order in teaching and learning; promote scientific research, summarize practices and digital transformation; pay attention to training and fostering, improving professional qualifications for staff and lecturers. At the same time, proactively advise the province on training and fostering cadres; focus on training and fostering dedicated and capable cadres; actively participate in contributing to Party building, socio-economic development of the locality, first of all, the preparation work for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress. He believed that with the glorious tradition of the Resistance Capital, the Windy Capital, especially the tradition of the only Political School in the system of Political Schools nationwide visited by President Ho Chi Minh, Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School will continue to unite, join hands, and be unanimous, successfully complete and exceed the tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; worthy of the development of the province as well as the whole country; soon turn Thai Nguyen into one of the richest and most prosperous provinces in the North as beloved Uncle Ho wished.

Comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee spoke at the ceremony.

Praising and congratulating the efforts of the Provincial Political School, Comrade Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Trinh Viet Hung requested the Party committees and authorities in the province; the Party Committee, the Board of Directors and the collective of cadres and lecturers of the Provincial Political School to continue to fully and deeply grasp the viewpoints and policies of the Party, the policies and laws of the State on training and fostering cadres better and better; maintain the criteria and standards of level 1 that have been achieved, develop plans and be determined to strive to reach level 2 standards in 2027; continue to innovate the content, programs and methods of training and fostering in the direction of linking theoretical learning with improving practical capacity and skills; Promote scientific research, summarize practices with a greater focus on applicability and research results, especially research serving the training and fostering work of the School and major strategic issues serving the work of Party building, socio-economic development in the locality in a fast, comprehensive and sustainable manner; continue to train and foster capacity building for the team of lecturers and managers; build and replicate innovative and creative models in the School's activities; promote the emulation movement "Teach well, study well, research well, manage well, serve well", build the Provincial Political School into a "Model School"...
