Foreign Language Specialized School eliminates direct admission and bonus points

NDO - In the admission to grade 10 in the upcoming school year, Foreign Language High School will not organize direct admission, and will not add priority points and incentive points.

The Foreign Language High School, under the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has just issued a new announcement on admission to grade 10 for the 2025-2026 school year.

The Foreign Language Specialized School said it has 630 enrollment quotas for grade 10, distributed to 7 specialized classes. Of these, the largest is the English class with 315 quotas. The specific quotas for each class are as follows:

Notably, in the upcoming admission year, the School has decided not to organize direct admission, not to add priority points, and not to add incentive points.

Previously, at the end of February, the Foreign Language High School announced the exam schedule and exam papers for the 10th grade entrance exam of the 2025-2026 school year.

Candidates registering for the school take 4 exams including Math, Literature, English and specialized subjects. They can choose one of the following foreign languages: English, French, Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean to take the exam for the corresponding specialized classes. English can be applied to all specialized classes.

The admission score is the total score of 4 subjects: Literature, Math, English, Specialized Foreign Language on a 10-point scale, Specialized Foreign Language is calculated by coefficient 2 and the remaining subjects are calculated by coefficient 1, rounded to two decimal places.

Online registration is open from May 6 to 12. The school announced the expected tuition fee is 3.2 million VND per month.
