According to the project that was put out for survey, the total amount of money collected for a preschool child in a month is 7,870,000 VND. For preschool children, when applying the model of a self-financed public preschool, the total amount of money to be paid will be less. The representative of the Board of Directors of Vang Anh Kindergarten, District 5 emphasized: "The above amount is not only tuition, but also a package of all the money collected in a month, including tuition, breakfast, lunch, drinking water, boarding service fees, fees for participating in classes according to the project, fees for organizing foreign language classes...".

The representative of the Board of Directors of Vang Anh Kindergarten, District 5 said that building a financially autonomous school model is part of the district's education development plan. When the leaders assigned the task to the school, the school conducted a survey of parents, teachers and the general public. The survey is a necessary step. The school carried it out step by step. Not only did it collect survey opinions from parents and teachers in the school, the school also collected opinions from departments, unions, universities such as Saigon University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, the Ministry of Public Security , hospitals, kindergartens, wards... not only in District 5 but also outside District 5 to see what people's opinions are about the project. After having the data and opinions, the school will report to the leaders for understanding.
