Accordingly, the school's Board of Directors commended Pham Hoang Tuan Anh for winning third prize in the national science and technology research competition with a sum of 3 million VND. In addition, the school also commended 84 students who won prizes in the provincial high school competition for excellent students, including: 1 first prize, 11 second prizes, 38 third prizes, 34 consolation prizes, in which the first prize winner was commended 400,000 VND, the second prize 300,000 VND, the third prize 200,000 VND, the consolation prize 100,000 VND. In addition, each student was also awarded separately by the school's Board of Directors and teachers of professional groups.

In the Provincial High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2024-2025 school year, Nguyen Hue High School has 114 students, belonging to 9 teams, including: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, English and Informatics.
