At the working session, Major General Le Ngoc Hai and the working delegation listened to the leaders of Transport Brigade 655 and Technical Warehouse K52 report on the results of performing tasks in the first months of 2025, and directly inspected the actual situation at the units.
Major General Le Ngoc Hai acknowledged and commended the spirit of careful and serious preparation as well as the results achieved by the two units. At the same time, the Commander of Military Region 5 requested the 655th Transport Brigade and K52 Technical Warehouse to continue to thoroughly and effectively implement technical work; focus on building and improving the quality and discipline of the Technical sector; strictly maintain combat readiness, effectively handle situations, avoid being surprised; improve the quality of training, build discipline, train discipline and synchronously and comprehensively deploy the targets and tasks of building a strong and comprehensive unit "exemplary model", building a strong and clean Party organization.

Along with that, promote the implementation of logistics and technical assurance work; effectively carry out the emulation movement "The Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" and the Campaign "Manage and exploit weapons and technical equipment well, durably, safely, economically and in traffic safety"; actively research initiatives, improve techniques, reform administration, digital transformation, and successfully complete the task of ensuring technical equipment assigned by superiors. Closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities in the stationed area to effectively implement the hunger eradication and poverty reduction policy, contributing to strengthening military-civilian solidarity and building safe units and safe areas.
Regarding the management, planning and use of national defense land, Major General Le Ngoc Hai emphasized: Transport Brigade 655 and Technical Warehouse K52 need to strictly manage the assigned land area in accordance with regulations, closely coordinate with competent authorities to implement the overall planning of the barracks in the direction of regularity, modernity, green-clean-beautiful, harmonizing national defense tasks with environmental protection. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to planning essential areas such as increasing production, landscape trees and works serving the material and spiritual life of soldiers.
The Commander of Military Region 5 also praised the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the Party Committees, commanders, officers and soldiers of the two units; suggested continuing to promote democracy, collective intelligence, build internal solidarity and unity, creating a solid foundation to excellently complete all tasks in the new situation.
