The atmosphere of the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification filled the space of the People's Army Cinema.

Although the People's Army Cinema theater only has more than 200 seats, in all the film weeks that the unit organizes, every screening has to add nearly 100 extra seats. Many audiences arrive hours early and many people have to leave sadly because the theater is full. These images in recent times demonstrate the appeal of revolutionary cinema and at the same time affirm the audience's interest and respect for the sacred values that historical stories bring.

To achieve such success, we cannot fail to mention the careful preparation and deep responsibility of the organizing unit, from the stage of selecting films, coordinating with other units to designing the program, organizing logistics, techniques, security... All were carefully prepared with the spirit of thoughtful service and respect for the audience.

What is more precious is that in addition to the older audience - those who have experienced the difficult times of the country, there are also many young audiences, including the Gen Z generation. Those audiences came, stood and watched the entire duration of the film without leaving, and were silent before the deeply humane films.

To create that attraction, it is impossible not to mention the modern and close communication efforts that the People's Army Cinema has made, especially in promoting on social networks to reach young people, sending invitations with a respectful attitude to agencies, units and each audience. Every small thing, every action contains a great heart: bringing revolutionary cinema with ideological, humanistic and historical values, closer to today's public.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thu Dung, Director of the People's Army Cinema, shared: "The film week is an opportunity to honor the Vietnamese people, honor the national culture and the lasting values that the previous generations have worked hard to cultivate. Through each film, we hope to send a message to today's generation: today's happiness is the result of countless sacrifices and losses yesterday."

Through carefully selected works, the event is an opportunity for cadres, soldiers and the masses to look back on the glorious journey of the nation, thereby fostering more faith and aspiration to contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new period.

The representative of the People's Army Cinema said that before the Film Week, the unit has prepared all the best conditions to serve the audience, from the technical system, modern equipment to the enthusiastic and professional staff. With the spirit of the artist-soldiers, all service activities are carefully prepared, ensuring to bring the audience a complete and meaningful experience. The dedication, responsibility and discipline typical of soldiers will be clearly demonstrated in every stage of organization, demonstrating the determination to serve the audience in the best way, worthy of the trust and love that the public has for military cinema.

The People's Army Cinema Film Week takes place at the unit's multi-purpose hall, located at 17 Ly Nam De, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
