On October 31, the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vinh Long Provincial Police, term 2025-2030, was successfully held.

In the period of 2022-2025, with the attention and facilitation of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police and the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity of the Youth Union at all levels, cadres and members have constantly strived to successfully complete the goals and tasks of the Youth Union and the youth movement set forth by the Provincial Police.

Notably, 100% of cadres, union members and youths have studied and thoroughly understood the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, resolutions and directives of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security , especially Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo and the Youth Union Congresses at all levels for the 2022-2027 term.

In the movement "Young People's Public Security officers volunteer to make achievements for the security of the Fatherland", union members and young people always promote their pioneering role in assigned fields of work; registered to carry out over 300 youth projects and tasks to serve professional work and union work.

The "Youth Volunteer" movement has been widely deployed, with many practical activities, contributing to building green, clean, beautiful, civilized agencies and units, building new rural areas and ensuring social security; the total budget for organizing volunteer activities is over 13.5 billion VND...

With the slogan of action: "Youth of Vinh Long Provincial Police are pioneers, united, brave, innovative, developing, and making achievements for the security of the Fatherland", in the 2025-2030 term, strive to have 100% of youth union organizations ranked "Completing tasks" or higher every year, of which over 90% are ranked "Completing tasks well" and "Completing tasks excellently"; strive to have 90% of cadres, union members, and youths ranked "Completing tasks well" or higher; ensure 100% of cadres, union members, and youths meet the standards of physical training, 100% participate in training in regulations, military , martial arts, and testing to meet the prescribed standards; during the term, introduce more than 100 outstanding youth union members to the Party for consideration and admission, of which over 90% are admitted to the Party...

Mr. Mai Thanh Ho - Deputy Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Youth Union noted that the Provincial Police Youth Union in the new term will continue to strongly innovate the work of political, ideological, and traditional education and do a good job of educating the members on ethics, lifestyle, and law; pay attention to building a strong youth organization in terms of ideology, politics, ethics, and action. The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Provincial Police Youth Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 21 comrades; and appointed Captain Cao Anh Khoa to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Police Youth Committee for the new term.
