Youth of the Air Force Officer School - Courageous, aspirational, proactive, creative, firmly stepping into the new era

On the morning of October 31, the Air Force Officer School held a conference to review the work of the Youth Union and youth movement for the period 2022-2025, and directions and tasks for the period 2025-2030. Colonel Vu Hong Trung, Standing Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the School attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors; representatives of the Party Committee, commanders of agencies and units, and 100 Youth Union officials, members, and exemplary youth of the School.

In the period of 2022-2025, the Youth Union and youth movement of the Air Force Officer School have many innovations and creativity, closely linked with the central political tasks. Youth Union organizations have effectively maintained the movements "Youth of the Army cultivates morality, trains talent, is proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period", "Digital education for the masses", voluntary blood donation movement, tree planting, helping people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, "Repaying gratitude" activities... Through the movement, union members and youth have contributed more than 9,000 working days, planted over 25,000 trees, donated more than 3,700 units of blood, contributing to strengthening military-civilian solidarity, beautifying the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers, "Excellent Air Defense - Air Force soldiers".

Colonel Nguyen Hai Dang, Deputy Head of the School's Political Department, reported on the summary of the Youth Union work and youth movement for the period 2022-2025.

The work of building the Youth Union organization has been paid attention to and focused on. The Youth Union at all levels has trained 892 outstanding members, introduced 761 members to join the Party, many creative models have been effectively implemented such as "Smoke-free Youth Union", "Digital Support Team", "Youth Theory Club", "100 Dong House", "Youth Flight Week"... Many collectives and individuals have achieved outstanding results and have been commended at all levels, including 6 collectives and 7 individuals being commended by the Military Service.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Vu Hong Trung acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the School's youth in the past term; at the same time, he requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to lead and orient the content of the Youth Union's activities closely following the tasks of education - training, flight training - ensuring flight safety, building discipline and discipline; promoting innovation and digital transformation in Youth Union work, fostering courage, confidence and aspiration to contribute to cadres, union members and youth.

The conference agreed on the direction and tasks of the Youth Union and youth movement for the period 2025-2030 with the slogan: "Youth of the Air Force Officer School - Courageous, aspirational, proactive, creative, confident to step firmly into the new era".
