Established in March 2025, up to now, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has 34 affiliated grassroots Youth Union organizations with 12 grassroots Youth Unions, 22 grassroots Youth Union branches and more than 2,100 union members.

In recent times, grassroots unions and branches have made efforts to stabilize the organization, advise the Party Committees at the same level to organize the implementation of political tasks, as well as actively participate in activities deployed by the Central Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union. Among them, the following models stand out: One good news every day - one beautiful story every week, Volunteer Saturday, Paperless Office, One digital initiative for each union member...

Speaking at the Congress, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An emphasized the establishment and operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee, on the basis of inheriting and promoting the traditions and results of the Youth Union movement of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises in the past.

The Youth Union has organized many practical activities, suitable to the characteristics of administrative agencies and state-owned enterprises, creating many exciting emulation movements to welcome Party congresses at all levels in recent times, as well as tasks on administrative reform, digital transformation, and participation in building digital government.

With the slogan of action "Aspiration - Intelligence - Courage - Unity - Breakthrough" for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An requested that in the coming time, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee needs to carefully study the Documents, Resolutions, and Action Programs of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the 1st Provincial Party Congress. The implementation of thematic resolutions is the central, consistent, and core political task of the Youth Union and each youth union member throughout the term.

Along with that, continue to promote more strongly the pioneering and creative role of youth in advising and serving state management. Take the lead and pioneer in applying science and technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and administrative reform. Strongly and comprehensively innovate organizational methods and promote the pioneering and pioneering spirit in solving difficulties and challenges at the grassroots level.
