To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the morning of February 3, the Provincial Youth Union organized a program for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to meet with outstanding young party members of Binh Dinh province.
Attending and directing the program were comrades: Le Kim Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Thi Phong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Efforts to participate in building the Party and political system
Implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW dated July 25, 2008 of the Party Central Committee (10th tenure) on "strengthening the Party's leadership over youth work in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization" and Directive No. 28-CT/TW dated January 21, 2019 of the Secretariat on "improving the quality of Party membership admission and reviewing, screening, and removing unqualified Party members from the Party", in recent times, Youth Union organizations at all levels have constantly innovated and improved the quality of political and ideologicaleducation , ethics, and lifestyle for cadres, young Party members, and young Union members.
Many practical activities were carried out, such as: the Olympic competition on Marxist-Leninist sciences and Ho Chi Minh's ideology "Light to the way", studying political theory lessons, the campaign "One good news every day, one beautiful story every week", the model "Typical faces of Dat Vo"... Thereby, the political awareness of young people was raised, the revolutionary ideal was strengthened, and the motivation to strive to join the Party was formed in a pure and correct way.
Along with political education, the Youth Union at all levels has launched many revolutionary action movements, creating an environment for training and dedication for young union members. Thanks to that, many outstanding union members have been introduced for the Party to consider admitting.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said: The province currently has 62,605 union members, including 11,863 young party members participating in union activities. In 2024, the Youth Union chapters at all levels introduced 5,623 outstanding union members for the Party to consider admitting, including 2,777 outstanding union members/3,732 new party members admitted in the entire Party chapter, reaching a rate of 74.59%. In addition, after 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, 358 union officials have participated in Party committees at all levels, and 136 young officials have participated in People's Councils at all levels.
At the program, 10 out of nearly 100 outstanding young party members at the provincial level over the years gave their opinions and reported on their achievements in Party and government building and socio-economic development, and proposed solutions to improve the quality of the Union's work and youth movements.
Ms. Le Mong Huyen (lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Accounting, Quy Nhon University), an outstanding young party member in 2023, emphasized that the responsibility of young party members is not only to cultivate themselves but also to support and create conditions for outstanding union members and students to soon become party members. “It is very important to discover and nurture students with creative thinking, create opportunities for students to do scientific research, achieve the title of “5 Good Students” and conduct activities aimed at educating revolutionary ideals. Young party members need to play a pivotal role in building an environment to cultivate virtue and talent, helping young people have a strong political ideology, worthy of joining the Party,” Ms. Huyen acknowledged.
Strive to be worthy of being a young party member in the new era

Speaking at the program, Comrade Le Kim Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, praised the pioneering spirit of young party members; and affirmed: The young generation is the core force, pioneering in all fields, from production labor, scientific research to national defense. Currently, when the country is entering a period of strong integration and development, each young party member needs to promote the pioneering spirit, innovation, creativity, and strong political will to contribute to the cause of national construction and defense.
Comrade Le Kim Toan directed: “Each young party member not only needs to have a strong political stance but also needs to improve their professional qualifications, practice revolutionary ethics, sense of organization and discipline, and sense of responsibility for work; strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, constantly be creative in work, and make practical contributions to the overall development of the locality.”
Requesting Party committees, authorities and organizations at all levels to continue to pay attention, nurture and create a favorable environment for young Party members to study, practice and contribute; Comrade Le Kim Toan also emphasized that the Youth Union at all levels needs to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality and effectiveness of revolutionary action movements, helping young Party members have more motivation to strive and mature. Thereby, discovering, nurturing and introducing outstanding members for the Party to consider admitting.
