The criminal case "Abuse of position and power to appropriate property; lack of responsibility causing serious consequences", occurred at the Land Management Center of Dien Bien Phu City. "Regulation No. 114-QD/TW, dated July 11, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power in preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work". "Directive No. 24-CT/TW, dated July 13, 2023 of the Politburo on firmly ensuring national security in the context of comprehensive and extensive international integration". “Resolution No. 36-QD/TW, dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo on developing biotechnology applications to serve the country's sustainable development in the new situation; Action Program No. 125-CTr/TU, dated June 10, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW”.

Speaking on the orientation of propaganda work in the coming time, comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Propose that the propaganda committees of the provincial Party Committees, the reporting teams at all levels and grassroots propagandists focus on propagating a number of contents: Propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee; propagating clearly the activities of the Party, State and provincial leaders; the foreign affairs work of our Party and State in recent times; the socio -economic development situation in the first 8 months of the year, the socio-economic development plan for the last months of 2023.
