My Son intersection is one of three locations equipped with traffic loudspeakers in Lang Son city. Regulations on road order and safety are compiled concisely and broadcasted through loudspeakers during peak hours. Thanks to that, people can access information regularly, easily remember and apply.

Ms. Ly Thi Hop, Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son city shared: The information is concise and easy to remember. Listening to it regularly helps me understand the regulations such as not drinking alcohol while driving, not running red lights. I also often remind my family members every time I go out.

At the same time, the application of information technology in traffic safety propaganda has also shown remarkable effectiveness. A typical example is the fanpage "Traffic Safety of Lang Son Province", since its establishment, it has posted more than 700 news, articles, and videos promptly updating new regulations, providing instructions on handling traffic situations, receiving feedback from people, and spreading the message "Traffic culture - Safety for everyone". The page currently has more than 31,000 followers, attracting over 30 million views, and millions of interactions.

Along with that, from the beginning of 2025 until now, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has coordinated with departments, branches, organizations, and local authorities to hang billboards and banners at 32 locations on national highways and provincial roads; distributed more than 97,000 leaflets, thousands of handbooks, law books, and propaganda calendars for 2025...

In schools, traffic safety propaganda is integrated into flag-raising ceremonies and extracurricular activities. Schools in the area maintain the “Traffic Safety School Gate” model with the participation of more than 1,000 youth union members.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province also actively promoted propaganda to each residential area with the motto "Each citizen is a propagandist". The loudspeaker system at commune and district levels broadcast 1,600 times of information about traffic safety.

Mr. Tran Lenh Truong, Vice Chairman of the Lang Son City Fatherland Front Committee, said: We have closely coordinated with the Traffic Safety Committee and member organizations to integrate the content of disseminating traffic laws into neighborhood meetings, union activities, as well as emulation movements in the community. Since the beginning of the year, the City Fatherland Front Committee has integrated propaganda on ensuring traffic safety and order in 10 sessions in residential areas. Through a familiar and easy-to-understand form, the propaganda activities of the Front have contributed to raising awareness of traffic law compliance, reducing violations and building traffic culture among the people.

The provincial police force has also actively promoted its role in propaganda combined with handling violations. The model "Zalo Traffic Safety for Peace in Lang Son" continues to be maintained with nearly 700 members, regularly posting warnings and traffic diversion notices. Since the beginning of the year, the fanpage "Traffic Police Department - Provincial Police" has continuously updated 60 news and articles, guiding people to respond to real-life situations.

Through diverse and practical propaganda activities, it has contributed to spreading awareness of traffic law compliance in the community, contributing to reducing traffic accidents in the area. By the end of May 2025, the whole province had 182 traffic accidents, killing 34 people, injuring 184 people, a decrease of 11 cases and 7 deaths compared to the same period last year.

Ms. Dam Thi Thanh Tam, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, emphasized: The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has promoted effective inter-sectoral coordination, closely connected with organizations, unions, media agencies and local authorities in propagating traffic safety, creating a widespread influence in the community. Thereby, contributing to building a safe, humane and sustainable traffic culture.

In the coming time, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee will continue to coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to expand the scope, innovate propaganda forms, and strongly apply digital technology to reach people more effectively, contributing to building a safe and civilized traffic environment.
