The State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 25,053 VND/USD, down 2 VND compared to June 25. With a trading band of ±5% compared to the central exchange rate, the ceiling rate applied is 26,305 VND/USD and the floor rate is 23,800 VND/USD.
The reference exchange rate at the State Bank of Vietnam is currently 23,851 VND/USD for buying and 26,255 VND/USD for selling.

Thanks to the decrease in the central exchange rate, the listed exchange rates at commercial banks were also adjusted down slightly. Specifically, at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam ( Vietcombank ), the listed exchange rate was 25,985 VND/USD (buy) - 26,305 VND/USD (sell), down 2 VND in both buying and selling directions.
At the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ), the USD price was adjusted up by 43 VND for buying but down 2 VND for selling, listed at 25,990 VND/USD (buy) - 26,305 VND/USD (sell).
For Chinese Yuan (CNY), Vietcombank listed 3,585 VND/CNY (buy) - 3,700 VND/CNY (sell), down 4 VND in both directions. BIDV increased 7 VND in the buy direction and increased 1 VND in the sell direction, to 3,602 VND/CNY (buy) - 3,693 VND/CNY (sell).
Meanwhile, the EUR increased quite strongly. Specifically, at Vietcombank, it was listed at 29,733 VND/EUR (buy) - 31,301 VND/EUR (sell), an increase of 128 VND for buying and 134 VND for selling. BIDV increased by 155 VND for buying and 153 VND for selling, trading at 30,136 VND/EUR (buy) - 31,348 VND/EUR (sell).
In the free market, USD is traded at 26,370 VND/USD (buy) - 26,470 VND/USD (sell); EUR 30,481 VND/EUR (buy) - 30,581 VND/EUR (sell).
