Chu Pah Rubber strives for an average income of more than 11 million VND/person/month

(GLO)- In 2 days (June 25 and 26), the Party Committee of Chu Pah Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. held the 13th Congress, term 2025-2030.

Attending the Congress were leaders of Chu Pah District Party Committee, representatives of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group and 143 party members from 17 affiliated party cells.

In the 2020-2025 term, despite facing many difficulties due to fluctuating rubber prices, shrinking consumer markets, complicated weather conditions..., with solidarity and high determination, the Company's Party Committee has led the implementation to complete and exceed the set targets and tasks. Total output reached 66,146 tons of dry weight, equal to 108% of the target; revenue reached 2,667 billion VND (107% of the target); profit reached 601 billion VND (136%); budget contribution was 130 billion VND (106%). Average income of employees reached 8 million VND/month (114%).

Along with production and business tasks, the company pays special attention to social security work, actively participating in the construction of new rural areas in the locality. During the term, the Company's Party Committee admitted 33 new party members.

At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing and contributing many ideas on the direction and tasks for the next term, with the key goal of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; continuing to promote production and business efficiency; and taking care of workers' lives.

Some specific targets are set as follows: mining output in 2025 increases by at least 7%, in the following years increases by at least 10%; average productivity reaches 1.6 tons/ha; 100% of processed products meet the Group's quality standards; revenue in 2025 increases by at least 8%, in the remaining years increases by at least 10% compared to the previous year; profit increases by at least 5%/year; average income reaches from 11.11 million VND/person/month or more.

The Congress elected the Company's Party Executive Committee consisting of 15 comrades. Comrade Huynh Thi Nga - Chairwoman of the Company's Board of Members was elected to hold the position of Party Secretary of the Company for the 2025-2030 term.
