Since the beginning of the year, the provincial Social Insurance has proactively deployed comprehensive, synchronous, and diverse communication activities on information channels to guide public opinion and raise people's awareness of social insurance and health insurance policies. In particular, focusing on conveying key contents that people are interested in such as: regulations and benefits of employees in the Social Insurance Law 2024, the amended Health Insurance Law 2024 and guiding Decrees and Circulars...

In September, the provincial Social Insurance established direct communication teams and groups in the form of small groups, suitable for the local reality. Instructing people to go for medical examination and treatment using health insurance cards on the VNeID application. At the same time, promoting communication on the provincial Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal; zalo, provincial Social Insurance fanpage; loudspeakers in communes and wards.

Up to now, the whole province has 29,046 people participating in compulsory social insurance; 7,685 people participating in voluntary social insurance; health insurance: 413,198 people, reaching a coverage rate of 86% of the population. The people's consensus and active participation have contributed to helping the provincial Social Insurance to complete and exceed the targets assigned by the Vietnam Social Insurance and the Provincial People's Committee, towards social insurance - health insurance for all people.
