The education sector follows the 4.0 technology trend when applying Big Data and AI to the training and teaching environment. The application of technology is having an impact on all fields with the ability to be used in different situations.

Revolutionizing traditional methods

When it comes to education and learning, the integration of AI with today's digital learning systems has created a whole new concept of learning: Smart Education. The digital education market, commonly known as e-Learning, is growing rapidly thanks to AI service applications.

Today, more than 50% of schools and universities around the world rely on AI for administrative support, and research shows that AI-assisted learning is highly effective.

Keeping up with this trend, many technology businesses are shifting their investment and bringing artificial intelligence with big data into education, from developing robot applications, virtual support tools and natural language to computer vision and machine learning (ML - Machine learning)...

Using technology to "save" resources

Up to now, many technological products have been researched and applied by businesses and brought about effectiveness.

For example, Course Hero uses artificial intelligence in an innovative way to enhance learning efficiency by supporting a variety of materials, including multiple choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, open-ended questions... with the ability to provide results within 30 seconds.

Or Gradescope’s AI tool allows students to grade each other and give feedback. Gradescope relies on a combination of machine learning (ML) and AI to make grading easy, saving time and energy. Teachers will have time to focus on more important tasks when using the grading machine for online homework, lesson planning, etc.
