Applying digital technology and artificial intelligence to popularize and educate the law

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy signed and issued Document No. 575/BVHTTDL-PC, guiding the implementation of legal dissemination andeducation in 2024.

The document clearly states that units need to fully exploit applications, software with online features, interactions and artificial intelligence, and social networks to disseminate legal education. At the same time, select and edit documents and content to disseminate legal education in a way that is suitable for the target audience, convert them into digital content to be implemented through applications (Zalo, Fanpage, etc.), meeting the requirements of dataizing documents to disseminate legal education.

Based on surveys, understanding practical needs and conditions and requirements, each agency and unit proactively develops and organizes the implementation of plans, programs and projects on legal education and dissemination, ensuring quality, effectiveness and efficiency.

Dissemination of legal education needs to prioritize specific target groups, ethnic minorities, remote areas, border areas, islands, and areas important to national defense and security, in conjunction with the implementation of national target programs and socio -economic development projects.

Units shall fully and comprehensively disseminate documents and policies to officials and people, focusing on new laws, ordinances and documents passed in 2023 and 2024; practical content for people and businesses, social issues of concern; laws on land and housing; anti-corruption and anti-negativity; anti-crime; laws on cinema, anti-domestic violence, intellectual property, etc.

Along with that, the units focus on communicating draft policies, especially hot issues or those with many different opinions; linking the dissemination of law-making with the building and improvement of institutions and removing difficulties and obstacles in law enforcement; strengthening policy communication during the process of drafting the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising.

Units continue to innovate the content and form of legal education dissemination in a people-centered direction; build pilot models of law dissemination and implementation at the grassroots level in conjunction with the implementation of village covenants, conventions and self-management models in the community...
