Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission continues to write the golden pages of the tradition of the Provincial Party Inspection sector.

Every year on these days, those who work in inspection cannot help but think fondly about the traditional founding day of the industry (October 16, 1948). Time passes so quickly, just a few days ago, I started working at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, and in the blink of an eye, it has been nearly 25 years, together with the agency, recalling the anniversary of the industry's founding.

I remember the first day of attending the 51st anniversary of the establishment of the sector (1999), at that time the agency was temporarily staying in the Nha Thanh area (currently the Provincial ContinuingEducation Center), the entire agency had only 14 people, arranged 4 working rooms, the arrangement to welcome the units coming to congratulate was not enough to have seats, some groups had to stand outside in the cramped and hot hallway but everyone was always cheerful, laughing and wishing each other very happily; then I heard the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission review the tradition of the provincial Inspection sector from the early days of its establishment in November 1949 (the 3rd Provincial Party Congress); I got to know the comrades who had been at the helm of the inspection ship to steer, such as: Initially, the Party Committee assigned 3 Provincial Party Committee members to be in charge, then the committee was completed in October 1956 with comrade Nguyen Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee as Head of the Committee; The 5th Congress (1961-1963) was headed by Comrade Bui Dang Han, member of the Provincial Party Committee, as Head of the Committee; the 6th Congress, from 1963 to the 1968 provincial merger, was headed by Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Van, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The merger with Hai Duong province into Hai Hung province lasted for 8 terms: the 1968-1975 term was headed by Comrade Nguyen Cap, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, as Head of the Committee; the 1975-1977 term was headed by Comrade Vu Minh Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the 1977-1979 and 1979-1983 terms were headed by Comrade Le Thi Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee; the 1983-1986 term was headed by Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the 1986-1991 term was headed by Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; The 1996-2000 term was led by Comrade Pham Chung Dinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, as Chairman, and Comrade Do Nhu Khuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, as Permanent Deputy Chairman.

In the years following the re-establishment of the province in 1997, there have been 6 terms: 1997-2000, 2001-2005 terms with comrade Do Nhu Khuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as Chairman; 2005-2010 term with comrade Nguyen Xuan Thoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as Chairman; 2010-2015 term with comrade Phan Quang Ngung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as Chairman; February 2015-October 2020, comrade Tran Quoc Toan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as Chairman; October 2020 to present, comrade Bui The Cu, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as Chairman.

It can be said that since the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission was established in November 1949 until the district-level Inspection Commissions were established after the 4th National Party Congress (1976-1980), up to now, the entire provincial Party Committee has had 323 Inspection Commissions at all levels with 1,388 cadres doing full-time and part-time inspection and supervision work. During that process, the Inspection Commissions at all levels have worked hard to train and foster a team of inspection cadres at all levels with steadfast political will, revolutionary qualities and a close working style, with sufficient capacity to perform and complete all assigned tasks; The leadership and organization of the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks every year and through each term, always excellently completing the tasks, contributing to strictly maintaining the Party's discipline, preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party, strengthening the people's trust in the Party, building a clean and strong Party and political system. With its outstanding achievements in work, the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal from the President in 2008, the Third Class Independence Medal in 2013, the Flag of Outstanding Unit from the Central Inspection Commission in 2013-2018, the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2017, the Emulation Flag of the Government in 2018, 2022; was awarded a banner with the words "Loyalty, integrity, discipline, solidarity, dedication" by the Provincial Party Executive Committee in 2018; many district and grassroots Inspection Committees and officials and civil servants doing specialized inspection work were awarded Certificates of Merit...

Continuing the golden pages of the tradition of the provincial Party Inspection sector, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Party Inspection sector's tradition this year, the Inspection Commission of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee has planned to implement very early with many practical activities to celebrate the anniversary such as: Organizing propaganda about the tradition of the sector and of the Inspection Commission of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee; launching emulation and achievements to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the tradition of the Party Inspection sector of Hung Yen province; organizing for cadres, civil servants and employees to return to their roots, visit the Tan Trao historical relic (Tuyen Quang) to make a television report on the development path of the Inspection sector of Hung Yen province; organizing "Excellent inspection cadres competition" from district to provincial level; organizing sports exchanges in the entire Inspection sector; organizing meetings with incumbent and retired cadres, civil servants and employees at each Inspection Commission agency at all levels; especially up to now, the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee has strived to excellently complete the inspection and supervision tasks of the year according to the set program...

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Party Inspection Sector's tradition (October 16, 1948 - October 16, 2023), this year, the Inspection Commission of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee is very proud and excited with the achievements it has achieved and is proposing the Party and State to award the Second Class Independence Medal. These are noble rewards, a common joy, a great encouragement for those working in the province's inspection sector to have more motivation, will, and determination, to continue to strive, to promote the results and achievements of previous generations, to further build on the glorious tradition of the Party Inspection Sector; to continue to make important contributions to Party building work, worthy of the trust and expectations of the Party Committee and the people in the province.
