Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City works with the province

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, informed about the situation of launching support and assistance for people affected by damage, and supporting provinces to overcome damage caused by the circulation of storm No. 3.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Hung Vuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province.

At the meeting, the delegation's representative informed about the situation of launching support and assisting the affected people, supporting the provinces to overcome the damage caused by the circulation of storm No. 3. Tuyen Quang province has received support and assistance from Ho Chi Minh City with a total amount of 35.9 billion VND.

After receiving financial support from Ho Chi Minh City, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has proactively allocated financial support for construction, repair, and overcoming the damage caused by the circulation of storm No. 3 in the area. Regarding the funding to support repair and restoration of completed works, 5 works have been put into use; 3 works have been completed over 70%; 2 works have been completed over 50%; 1 newly started construction work; completed support for households to build houses, restore production, build resettlement areas, etc.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, sincerely thanked the hearts and feelings of the people, agencies, departments, unions and sponsors of Ho Chi Minh City for supporting the province to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3. She affirmed that Tuyen Quang province has effectively used the support resources to help people overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives.
